| 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Mulching in The Dell: Give Time for GiveDay! Various locations on campus Celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the University by donating an hour of your day to prepare The Dell for the greenery and flowers of spring! Volunteer to help our amazing Grounds crew mulch around The Dell in one of the seven one-hour shifts available. Rakes and gloves will be provided. Sign up here. |

| 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. | University History Trivia Various locations on campus Get ready for a fun and informative campus scavenger hunt! Explore the campus and search for hidden tags that highlight key philanthropic donations made by generous donors over the years. Each tag will offer insight into how these contributions have shaped and supported our community. Complete the hunt, discover the impact of these donations, and enjoy a fun mix of exploration, learning, and friendly competition! |

| 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. | Student Scholar Showcase 2025 Various locations on campus Join us to experience the thriving academic life of the University of Lynchburg! This is an opportunity for students to present their scholarly research, creative, and/or service-learning projects in various formats to the campus community. The second annual keynote address will be by the Sommerville Scholar, Ms. Alexis Eckert and will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Sydnor Performance Hall of Schewel Hall. The poster session will run from noon–1:15 p.m. in Turner Gymnasium. View the preliminary oral presentation schedule. |

We’re inviting our local alumni to come back home and celebrate the day with us as well! |
