LC license plate

LC License Plates for Virginia Residents
Show your hornet pride: get your LC license plates today!

The University of Lynchburg license plate can be ordered through the DMV’s website. You can also call the DMV at 804.497.7100, or visit your local DMV office.

The cost for the plate is $25 annually. The numbering system for the college/university license plate consists of four numeric characters followed by two alpha characters.

For an additional $10 fee, customers may choose to personalize their plates with an alpha or numeric combination of their choice if the combination is not currently issued.

The license plates will accommodate six characters including a space or dash.
A portion of your plate may be tax-deductible.
