The University of Lynchburg hosts numerous events throughout the academic year to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion among students, faculty, and staff.

The Mosaic Gala, a popular student-planned event, celebrates champions of diversity, equity, and inclusion on campus. Each April, individuals and campus organizations are recognized for their dedication to justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at the Mosaic Gala. It also gives the University community the chance to break out their tuxedos, floor-length gowns, pantsuits, bow ties, sequins, or attire that expresses individuality.
