First-year Academic Scholarships
All traditionally entering first-year (not transferring from a previous college and less than 25 years old) are automatically considered for academic scholarships once admitted to the University of Lynchburg — no separate scholarship application is required.
Academic scholarships and awards range from $16,000 to $22,000 for the 2024-25 entering class and are awarded to traditional full-time student who are U.S. citizens. The University of Lynchburg uses the high school grade point average to award scholarships. Calculate your level of scholarship.
International students are considered for academic scholarships at the time of admission. There is no separate application required.
Transfer students are also eligible for scholarships and there is a discounted tuition rate for students in our Access program (adult learners age 25 and older).
Net Price Calculator
The 2024-25 cost of attendance, or price of attendance, is an estimated full and reasonable cost of completing a full year as a full-time student. It includes tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board, transportation, and miscellaneous costs. The Net Price Calculator cannot be used to estimate the cost of attendance for international students.
This estimate is based on the cost of attendance and scholarships for 2024-25 and is an average amount for what your cost might be. Your actual costs may vary from the estimate.
