Completed in the summer of 2005, this residence facility opened that fall to accommodate 102 students. It was named for its view of the Peaks of Otter.
Peaksview Apartments is a five-story building with 17 apartments, offering secure access with a student ID. Each apartment includes six single bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a furnished kitchen, and a living room. A common laundry room is located on the first floor.
