Here, you won’t find bland, boring college cafeteria food. Our in-house chef creates menus with you in mind.
Dining Services at the University of Lynchburg offers you a wide variety of food options, including Tex-Mex, takeout, delivery pizza, a full salad and deli bar, and two coffee shops. We focus on fresh, locally sourced foods to give you a great dining experience with friends. Burton Dining Hall, located in the Drysdale Student Center, is proud to be a 3-star Certified Green Restaurant®.
In addition to the dining hall, you can also enjoy dining at the Westover Room, The Daiki Box, Brewed by Mission House, and Domino’s. Our catering services, Hopwood & LaRue, can make any event, whether for a University office or outside group, special.

Guest Meals
If you have a University of Lynchburg meal plan, you have guest meals you may use in Burton Dining Hall during the semester.
Present your ID card to the cashier in the dining hall and request that a guest meal privilege be deducted for your visitor.
Theme Meals and Events
Enjoy fun and popular theme meals each semester including cookouts, Super Bowl parties, movie nights, seafood nights, and late-night breakfasts during exams.
