Candidates for Lynchburg City Council will debate at the University of Lynchburg on Tuesday, Oct. 6. The event will begin at 6 p.m. in Hall Campus Center’s Memorial Ballroom.
While there is no price for admission, this is a ticketed event. Tickets will be available starting on Wednesday, Sept. 23, and can be picked up at the information desk, located on the second floor of Drysdale Student Center.
All candidates running for Lynchburg’s at-large city council seats accepted the University’s invitation to debate.
According to the Virginia Public Access Project, they include Democrats Christina Delzingaro, Dave Henderson, and Nat Marshall and the following candidates, running as independents: Chris Boswell, Veronica Bratton, Martin Misjuns, Stephanie Reed, Eli Rybinni, and Larry Taylor Jr.
The debate will be moderated by Pat Simon, an anchor at WSET/ABC 13.
