Health Services

About Us

Any student actively enrolled in classes for the current term is eligible to be seen at HornetCare for health and counseling services. Additionally, students approved to and are residing on campus during a scheduled break may seek services.

HornetCare’s operational hours may vary and be limited during break periods. Our health and counseling services are closed and unavailable when the University is closed.

Students who request medical care through HornetCare must complete basic demographic information, medical history, tuberculosis screening, and the Policy and Consent to Treat form.

These forms are found on the Student Health Portal. Use the same username and password as your University network account.
