Housing for Graduate Students
On-Campus Housing (Southside Houses)
Single graduate students under the age of 25 can live in the Southside houses alongside undergraduate students of their choice. This housing option aligns with the academic year and will be billed through the Colleague student accounting system. Availability will follow the undergraduate move-in/move-out schedule, which occurs approximately once a year. The cost will be the same as for an undergraduate student in the Southside houses and will include utilities.
Off-Campus Housing (Rentals)
Watts Property Management manages all University-owned rental properties. Interested graduate students can rent an entire available house or team up with others to share the cost of renting together. Students should contact Watts Property Management directly to inquire about rental availability and specify that they are graduate students. Currently, three homes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Utilities and lawn maintenance are not included in the rental cost.
