Graduation Process and Requirements

This page provides essential information on the graduation application process, degree requirements, credit evaluations, and commencement participation for undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Lynchburg.

Application and Graduation Timeline:

  • Undergraduate Students: Must apply for graduation before their final year using the link provided on their MyHive account during the spring of their junior year.
  • Graduate Students: Required to complete the Application to Graduate form on MyHive if planning to graduate in the upcoming academic year. The Office of Graduate Success will then perform the degree audit, ensuring its inclusion in the commencement program and disseminating relevant graduation information.
