Welcome!
The Office of Equity and Inclusion (OEI) upholds the University’s commitment to integrity, diversity, equity, and an inclusive community by implementing diversity initiatives, multicultural services, Title IX compliance, discrimination and harassment policies, and ongoing education of the campus community. Through outreach, programming, training, and development, OEI’s goal is to ensure the University’s commitment to diversity is apparent and that Lynchburg is a place where all faculty, staff, and students feel welcomed and are treated with respect.
We’re located in the Drysdale Student Center (Flynn Multicultural Center), and our office hours are generally 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We’re closed on weekends, but students are invited to use our office for studying and group meetings.
