Job Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and oversees the university’s inclusive excellence strategies, policies, and programs.
• Works closely with Academic Affairs, university leadership, and various departments to ensure that DEI principles are integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, education, development, and retention.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in creating and maintaining inclusive work environments.
• Works with the campus departments team to design and deliver DEI educational sessions/programs for employees at all levels.
