Develops program goals and plans with support from external consultants and the Associate Vice President of Advancement with regard to The Lynchburg Fund, programmatic/ capital support and other institutional priorities, and areas that require external funding.
Creates and manages calendar for all digital/regular mail solicitations and coordinates with the MarCom Department on multi-channel fundraising strategies. Oversight of all global e-mail, newsletters, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) channels for Advancement. This includes sending of any emails to alumni or donors.
Plans and leads GiveDay effort with support from Advancement Team and campus partners and strives for all boards to have 100% participation on GiveDay.
Sets strategy and messaging, authoring solicitation/proposal content as appropriate.
Coordinates with the Senior Director of Alumni and External Engagement on routine events such as chapter events, Homecoming and Westover Alumni Weekend.
