Job Responsibilities

• Walk students/families through financial aid questions and concerns
• Respond to visitors, phone calls, and other inquiries courteously and helpfully (strong emphasis on providing quality customer service)
• Oversee the Solutions Center departmental email, responding to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours
• Have a working knowledge of campus resources to provide information and referrals
• Assist in daily office operations (i.e., computer work, making copies, running errands, etc.)

Awards

• Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist
• Ongoing certification in Kinesiology taping for the Equine athlete
