The Lavender Ceremony honors graduating students who identify as LGBTQIA+ and recognizes their achievements and contributions through a special cord presentation.

Part of the University of Lynchburg Commencement Week, celebrating the Class of 2026 through ceremonial, academic, and community traditions.
