Biography:

Emily Caldwell is a Strengths Coach, nonprofit consultant, and founder of Stepping Stones for Global Development. She owns Caldwell Coaching and Consulting LLC and teaches in the University of Lynchburg’s Master of Nonprofit Leadership program. She is also the Director of StrongPoints at Meredith College, leading strengths-based advising and coaching for students and employees.
