Biography

As a former US Army officer, public safety practitioner, and security trainer, Dr. Chris Rhoades has experience from deployments overseas and service here at home. His teaching philosophy emphasizes students developing critical thinking skills and become leaders in criminology and public safety. He currently live in Lynchburg with his wife and kids.
