Tuition

Tuition for the Winter Term will be charged on an hourly basis at the rate of $575 per credit hour for undergraduate classes.

The University will generate bills for the Winter Term starting Nov. 2 for all students who have registered for a Winter Term class at that time.

Payment will be due in full 30 days later, on Dec. 1.

We will continue to generate new bills on a daily basis after Dec. 1 in order to bill students who register after the initial billing.

For students who register after the Dec. 1 due date, payment will be due in full at the time of registration.

Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Payments can also be made online.

Housing Accommodations

Housing for all students closes on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024, at 9 p.m. for the semester break.

Students participating in residential-based Winter Term courses or for-credit internships located in Lynchburg must complete the “Winter Break Long Term Stay” application under “Applications” through the Housing Portal.

Fees

Late registration fee: $5.

Tuition and other fees may be subject to change by the Board of Trustees at its discretion.
