Tuition

Tuition for the Winter Term will be charged on an hourly basis.
  • Tuition for the Winter Term will be charged alongside Spring 2026 registration starting mid November.
  • The University will generate bills for the Winter Term/Spring 2026 starting mid-November for all students who have registered for a Winter Term and/or Spring 2026 classes.
  • Payment will be due for both Winter Term and Spring 2026 courses on or before January 2, 2026.
  • We will continue to generate new bills on a daily basis after billing begins in mid-November in order to bill students who register after the initial billing.
  • Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Wire and ACH payments are also accepted. Payments can also be made online using a credit/debit card or checking/savings account..

Housing Accommodations

Housing for all students closes on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, at 9 p.m. for the semester break. Students participating in residential-based Winter Term courses or for-credit internships located in Lynchburg must complete the "Winter Break Long Term Stay" application under "Applications" through the Housing Portal.

Fees

Late registration fee: $5. Tuition and other fees may be subject to change by the Board of Trustees at its discretion.
