Job Responsibilities

Leadership and System Management

• Lead the functional administration of the Colleague Student Information System (SIS) for the University.
• Maximize the use of the SIS to enhance and automate student-related business processes across all departments.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of student data in the SIS with all relevant regulations.

Data Governance and Collaboration

• Collaborate with University Data, Analytics, & Effectiveness (UDAE), the Solutions Center, and Information Technology (IT) leaders to establish and maintain a comprehensive data governance framework.
• Partner with stakeholders across the University to define data standards and ensure overall data integrity.
• Oversee all functional aspects of the Colleague Student SIS, including academic records, curriculum management, degree audit, student planning, classroom scheduling, faculty/advisor support, and registration.

Support and Training

• Serve as the primary contact for all Colleague Student SIS-related inquiries and issues from students, faculty, and staff.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for all users, including functional staff (e.g., Solutions Center, Registrar’s Office) and end users (e.g., students, faculty), to ensure effective and efficient use of the system.
