Job Responsibilities:

• Develops program goals and plans with support from external consultants and the Associate Vice President of Advancement about The Lynchburg Fund, programmatic/ capital support, and other institutional priorities, and areas that require external funding.
• Creates and manages calendar for all digital/regular mail solicitations and coordinates with the MarCom Department on multi-channel fundraising strategies. Oversight of all global e-mail, newsletters, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) channels for Advancement. This includes sending emails to alumni or donors.
• Plans and leads the GiveDay effort with support from the Advancement Team and campus partners, striving for 100% participation on GiveDay among all boards.
• Sets strategy and messaging, authoring solicitation/proposal content as appropriate.
• Coordinates with the Senior Director of Alumni and External Engagement on routine events such as chapter events, Homecoming, and Westover Alumni Weekend.
