Job Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities to engage with current students and employees in highlighting the Solutions Center and its available resources.
• Assist with the completion of transcript requests, enrollment verification, and address change requests.
• Maintain a welcoming attitude and presence, and represent the Solutions Center and the University of Lynchburg positively.
• Respond to visitors, phone calls, and other inquiries courteously and helpfully.
