Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Institutional Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous assessment of the University’s strategic plan to ensure alignment with its mission, values, and goals. Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and oversee institutional effectiveness processes, including accreditation compliance and long-range planning.
Executive Support and Operations Management: Serve as the President’s principal advisor and strategic partner, managing executive priorities, facilitating high-level decision-making processes, and coordinating executive leadership operations.
Divisional Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Human Resources, Athletics, University Data, Analytics, and Effectiveness, the Professional Development Institute, and Special Projects.
Board and Stakeholder Relations: Serve as a liaison to the Board of Trustees, coordinating board communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up processes. Manage key external partnerships and represent University interests in regional, professional, and community organizations.
Institutional Coordination and Special Projects: Foster effective communication and collaboration across all university departments and divisions. Lead and manage high-priority special projects and presidential initiatives.
