Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation of the Burton Dining Hall.
• Supplies oversight and direction in the service of food, customer service, sanitation, and cleanliness of the service areas.
• Ensures the food stations, seating areas, and dish room are operational by actively supervising the service shift leaders, staff, and student employees.
• Provides managerial coverage, including weekends, as needed.
• Assists with catered events when needed.
