• Employee Relations & Workplace Concerns – Help navigating workplace conflicts, communication challenges, performance concerns, or other difficult situations.
• Hiring & Onboarding – Questions about job openings, hiring processes, interviews, or getting started as a new employee.
• Performance & Professional Development – Guidance related to performance reviews, expectations, employee development, and performance management.
• Policies, Leave & Workplace Compliance – Questions about HR policies, leave, workplace accommodations, and employment-related requirements.
• Benefits & HR Support – Assistance with benefits, open enrollment, personnel records, HR systems, and connecting you with the right HR resource.

What are you passionate about?

At the heart of what I’m passionate about is helping people. I enjoy supporting others, helping people grow and being there when someone needs a little guidance or encouragement. I also believe strongly in giving back and making time to volunteer and serve my community. Outside of work, family is incredible important to me and keeps me grounded. Ultimately, I’m happiest when I’m able to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
