Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, recruit and train advisors, and manage the logistics for the University’s student affinity groups.
- Lead student leadership to plan and execute the Summer Transition Program (STP).
- Organize the Collaborative and Holistic Academic Mentoring Peer Success (CHAMPS) program to provide access to the knowledge and experience of successful peer mentors to promote collegiate success.
- In collaboration with the Belonging portfolio, create campus-wide initiatives that foster student belonging and develop a sense of community, ultimately leading to student success.
- In partnership with student leaders and the University community, plan, organize, and host programming that commemorates and raises awareness of different cultures and heritages, advocates for justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), and creates a safe space for students to be authentic, ensuring students feel seen and valued on campus.

- I had perfect attendance from Kindergarten to 12th grade!
What are you passionate about?
I LOVE to travel and experience new places and things. I have been to 39 out of 50 states and am soon to visit 10 countries! I am also a huge Taylor Swift fan! I have two dogs and two cats, whom I love dearly. I am really passionate about growing and empowering other women, especially within our community.
