Biography:

As Director of Operations for a 34,000-member medical force, Sarah drives strategic communication and operational excellence across clinical and executive domains. A certified physician associate (PA) with over 20 years of healthcare and leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in primary care, women’s health, and chronic pain, with specialty training in aerospace medicine. Sarah is passionate about leveraging technology, mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders, and expanding professional development opportunities for all healthcare professionals.
