Biography
Dr. Micki Hall is a healthcare and organizational development professional with more than a decade of experience spanning immediate care, short- and long-term care, occupational health, and human resources. Her career has centered on advancing employee wellbeing, talent development, and organizational growth, leading to her current role as a consultant in talent acquisition and organizational development. A triple alumna of University of Lynchburg, Dr. Hall’s doctoral research focused on the experiences of first-generation college students, reflecting her commitment to educational access, student support, and leadership development. In addition to her professional and academic work, she serves as an advisor for a Greek organization at the university. Outside of work, Dr. Hall enjoys traveling, good food, and spending time with family and friends alongside her two dogs and ten chickens.
