Internships

With an internship, you can:

  • connect the classroom and the work environment
  • experience the working world
  • solidify your career goals
  • test possible career choices
  • learn and develop work skills
  • discover more about yourself
  • plan for the future

Internships can be paid or non-paid, credit bearing or non-credit bearing, with a for-profit or non-profit organization or company.

Forty-seven percent of our graduating class of 2012 completed a credit-bearing internship. In the past several years students have interned in at least 33 states and 9 foreign countries.
