Dr. Popko joined the University of Lynchburg in 2022.
Biography:
Dr. Amy Popko serves as the pediatric clinical assistant professor. This role allows her to combine her passion for pediatric medicine with her love of teaching. In addition to didactic teaching in the program, Dr. Popko practices in the community through a clinical partnership between Blue Ridge Medical Center and University of Lynchburg. Dr. Popko enjoys instilling in her students the importance of compassion and advocacy for patients while helping them prepare to be future leaders in the profession.
