Procedures for All Students
Current and newly admitted students may register in advance on myLynchburg by November 15, and defer tuition payment until December 1.
This advance registration/payment deferment procedure applies to all Winter Term courses.
Students who have not registered in advance by November 15 may register at any time prior to or on the first day of the J-Term class.
Register online or at the Registrar’s Office, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Note: If a class does not have the minimum enrollment one week prior to its start date or on the start date, it may be cancelled.
Scholarships and Financial Assistance
Students with tuition assistance loans or other forms of financial aid must complete the verification process at the cashier’s office on or before the registration day.
