Students wishing to drop a Winter Term course must use the Official Course Add/Drop Form.
Course drops or course withdrawals are processed as outlined below. Course drops or withdrawals for courses which meet for other than the noted dates are prorated based on their dates.
Courses scheduled from 11-30-2021 to 1-21-2022:
- Students may not enter a new course after 2 class days.
- During first 2 class days: Courses dropped during the first 2 class days do not become a part of the student’s permanent record.
- After completion of 2 class days but before completion of 7 class days: A grade of “W” will be assigned for all courses dropped during this period.
- After 7 class days: A student may not withdraw.
