Current or former University of Lynchburg students registered with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources may request copies of documentation on file. Please follow the process below to request records:
- Email Julia Timmons.
- In the subject line, write “Request for Disability Documentation”
- In the body of the email, include:
- First and last name (as they appeared on your University records)
- Last date attended or “currently enrolled”
- University ID number, if available
- Date of birth
- Contact phone number
- Indicate the reason for your request for documentation
- Indicate what documents you are requesting
The Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources can only send records directly to the student. We cannot distribute records to a third party.
Please note that the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources maintains records no less than seven years after the student’s last date of enrollment. Beyond seven years, records may not be available.
