Alpha Phi Omega is a National Co-ed Service Fraternity whose Mu Iota Chapter calls Lynchburg home. Founded in 1925, APO is the largest co-ed intercollegiate service organization in the United States, serving 375 campuses and their surrounding communities.
The mission of Alpha Phi Omega is to create an inclusive, accepting brotherhood that allows students to develop leadership skills and engage in service to better their campus, community, fraternity, and nation. Founded on the cardinal principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service, APO strives to produce individuals of character through shared experience and opportunities for fellowship.
