The Mathematics Engagement Center (MEC) is located at 313 Hobbs-Sigler Hall. The MEC offers undergraduate students an effective resource for all quantitative courses. We provide many options for free tutoring. We can help you with one-on-one sessions, small group sessions, special topic seminars, instructional video archives, and more.
Students are welcome to schedule an appointment with a tutor or walk in during our hours of operation without an appointment. Virtual appointments are also available during select hours. Learn more about the tutoring options available.
Our goal is to help every visitor leave more confident with a stronger understanding of the topics discussed. We want to help students think for themselves and give them a community where they can explore their interests in mathematics.
Center Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 1-3 p.m. and 5-9 p.m.
- Sunday: 6-8 p.m.
