The leadership studies minor (18 credit hours) is a great choice to complement any major. Learning leadership principles and how people relate to one another will help you in your future career, no matter what field it is in.
In addition to learning leadership theories, you’ll also develop your personal ethics, which will enable you to use leadership skills responsibly.
The minor includes a Leadership in Action practicum and service-learning experiences, which will give you real life opportunities to practice your leadership skills.
What Will I Study?
Courses in the minor cover subjects like ethics, organizational change and psychology, management, communication, and leadership and the classics.
