- Serves as the main point of contact for creative services. Consults with faculty and staff to best determine how Marketing and Communications can support them. Works collaboratively to establish expectations, goals, and objectives, and serves as a liaison between them and the creative team.
- Handles general questions about Lytho Workflow, our project management system. Assists with Lytho account set up and submitting requests, provides Lytho training, and responds to inquiries concerning projects and schedules.
- Manages creative services projects, including planning/organizing/managing timelines, coordinating workloads and production schedules, and moving projects toward completion according to budget and requested due date.
- Helps monitor the Office of Marketing and Communications email account (marcom@lynchburg.edu).
