All vehicles driven and parked on campus by any University of Lynchburg student or employee must be registered with Campus Safety and Security and bear a valid University of Lynchburg parking decal. By registering a vehicle with the University of Lynchburg, a student or employee agrees to adhere to all University of Lynchburg parking and traffic regulations. Violators of these regulations are subject to receiving e-tickets and/or vehicle towing.
The vehicle registration process begins online (https://portal.lynchburg.edu, use tabs “Personal” and “My Parking”). After completing the online parking permit request, visit the Campus Safety and Security office to receive a parking decal, which must be affixed to the registered vehicle. The Campus Safety and Security office is open 24 hours every day.
