No matter what your interests, there’s bound to be a club at Lynchburg for you. Check out the club and organization directory to see current groups on campus.
If there isn’t one that appeals to you, you can even start your own! Learn how to become a recognized student organization.
What kinds of groups are there?
- Academic and departmental
- Music and performing arts
- Sports clubs
Many groups have informational meetings at the beginning of each semester. These are open to any interested student. There’s also a Club and Organization Fair each fall to let students know what groups are active on campus. Or stop by the Student Activities office on the first floor of the Drysdale Student Center for guidance. Once you’ve joined an organization, you’ll find that you get a lot more than you put in.
Club involvement can help you:
- Explore new interests
- Develop new skills
- Enhance your academic program
- Have an impact on campus and the surrounding community
