The University of Lynchburg, in cooperation with parks and recreation departments from the City of Lynchburg and Bedford and Campbell counties, will host the Regional 50+ Health Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, November 8.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held at the Forest Recreation Center, located at 1088 Rustic Village Road in Forest.
The 50+ Health Fair will include free health screenings, performed by students from the University’s College of Health Sciences, along with healthy food tastings, door prizes, wellness demonstrations, health information, and food sales.
A limited number of exhibitor spaces are still available.
