Dr. Edward DeClair, director of University of Lynchburg’s Westover Honors Program, has been selected for participation in the Harvard Institute for Management and Leadership, a two week conference for higher education leaders responsible for securing the long-term future of their institutions.
The program prepares administrators to participate in identifying and leading change initiatives to help their institutions meet the challenges of a changing world.
Dr. DeClair applied for the competitive program with the encouragement of LC President Dr. Kenneth R. Garren, president of LC.
