University Reporting Options
The Title IX Office oversees compliance with the Interpersonal Misconduct Policy in accordance with Federal Regulations. Policy violations and prohibited conduct can include sex/gender discrimination, sexual harassment or sexual violence, such as rape, sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, sexual misconduct and stalking.
Anyone may report suspected or known violations to the Title IX Office and/or Campus Safety.
There are multiple ways to report incidents of interpersonal misconduct. The University of Lynchburg encourages all individuals to report interpersonal misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator, and when such conduct might constitute a crime, to report such conduct to law enforcement.
- Responsible Employeesare required to report interpersonal misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator.
- Non-emergency incidentsmay be reported to the Title IX Coordinator by completing the form available here, or by contacting the Title IX Coordinator
