Solutions Center
For all inquiries related to student accounts, financial aid, Lynchburg Express, tuition, billing, and other student-related financial matters, please reach out to our Solutions Center. Our team is dedicated to helping students and their families navigate financial processes smoothly.

Finance Office
For matters involving University budgeting, payroll, endowment management, and other internal financial operations, please contact our Finance Office. This office primarily handles the University’s internal financial matters and is not typically involved with student accounts or tuition inquiries.

  • Responsible for overseeing all grant-related financial accounts and assisting grantees with budgeting questions.
  • Oversees and reports the sales taxes for the University and University-owned properties.
  • Assists with purchasing card distribution, support, and monthly statements.
  • Processes sports camp paperwork, oversees all athletic camp accounts, and maintains sports camp insurance for the University.
  • Maintains study abroad records.
  • Handles interdepartmental charges including Dining, ITR, Physical Plant, Print Shop, Mail Services, and phone charges.
  • Assists with Accounts Payable as needed.

  • Responsible for bank reconciliations – operating, payroll, and financial aid, and handles outstanding checklists and inquiries.
  • Handles various general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries-SR, benefits, payroll taxes, petty cash, Lynchburg Express, miscellaneous cash entries, and inventory entries.
  • Responsible for auxiliary accounting and reporting, and online payment reconciliation and postings for camps/conferences.
  • Oversees payroll tax reporting support and reconciliation, and posting of University account charges to the general ledger.
  • Responsible for cash audits.
