Ursula Bryant has worked in the marketing, print, and graphic design industry for more than 10 years. She is an associate professor of art. She also works as a freelance graphic designer for her personal graphic design business.
Ursula has worked for clients such as C.L. Lewis & Company, English Construction, Virginia Career Education Foundation, Region 2000, City of Lynchburg, and international businesses such as EIM Controls, M/A-COM, Bernhardt, Martha Stewart, and Vaughan Furniture.
Prior to teaching, she received her bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from James Madison University in 2001 and worked as a graphic design professional for Blair Marketing as a designer. In 2007 she earned her master of fine arts in graphic design from East Tennessee State University where her research interest included the study of human reaction, tolerance, perception and social stigmas through visual communication.
Her Addy award winning and published designs, paintings, and multi-media work have been recognized by the Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington DC and exhibited in many solo and juried shows.
