The University of Lynchburg holiday video this year celebrates the fun memories we already have with family and friends and the new memories we make every day. It also features “Jingle Bells” performed by Dr. Chris Magee and the University of Lynchburg Community Big Band, along with footage of campus community members having fun at a holiday photo booth.
University of Lynchburg President Dr. Kenneth R. Garren shared the video this morning in an email to the University of Lynchburg community:
As 2017 draws to a close, Sheila and I want to share our appreciation for the heartbeat of University of Lynchburg — the people who make our community vibrant. Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends each play a role in the education we provide, the service we give in our communities, and the culture we cherish.
The holiday season is a time for celebrating memories with family and friends, and making new memories, too. Our holiday video this year captures what it means to share the holidays together. I hope you enjoy the video, which you can watch by clicking here.
I wish every member of the University of Lynchburg family a happy holiday season and a safe, prosperous new year.
Sincerely,
Kenneth R. Garren
President of University of Lynchburg
