In three recently released college rankings lists, University of Lynchburg continues to be named among the best institutions for higher education in the nation.
Today, U.S. News and World Report released its 2017 college rankings. U.S. News named LC 35 list for Best Regional Universities – South. It was among the top six institutions in Virginia that U.S. News classifies as Regional Universities and named a Best Value among Regional Universities – South. The news from U.S. News & World Report comes on the heels of two other rankings that highlighted LC’s strengths. Just last week, USA Today and College Factual released new rankings that recognized LC as one of the Best Colleges for the Money and recognized the strength and value of numerous LC academic programs. In August, The Princeton Review announced that LC is featured in its flagship publication, The Best 381 Colleges. The annual college guide praised professors and administrators for giving students opportunities to excel in life and leadership and described a campus with many opportunities to get involved.
