Dr. Kenneth R. Garren, president of University of Lynchburg, and his wife, Sheila, recently joined a group of students, faculty, and staff to light a Christmas tree in the Drysdale Student Center. A video from this event celebrates the holiday spirit at LC and was shared with the college community by email today.
“As 2015 draws to a close, Sheila and I want to express our appreciation to the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends who make this such a special place. People really are the DNA of University of Lynchburg,” Dr. Garren said in the email. “We wish everyone in the LC Family around the world a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year.”
