Katherine Zvara, a junior graphic design major, won gold in the District 3 American Advertising Awards, which cover Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Katherine won for her Rosa Studios Poster Design, which also took gold in the 2014 Western Virginia ADDY Awards. She also received a silver for her Rosa Studios Brochure Design.
Katherine was one of five LC students who swept 14 ADDY awards at the 2014 Western Virginia ADDY Awards celebration in Roanoke, which celebrates local design work.
Katie Neill, a senior graphic design/studio art major won Best in Show for her Urban Harvest Stationary Design, as well as a gold for Urban Harvest Stationery Package, a gold for her Urban Harvest Menu Design, a silver for her Urban Harvest Website Design, and a silver for her Urban Harvest Packaging.
Ella Schwarz, a junior graphic design major won silver for Pro Mundi Stationary Design, silver for Pro Mundi Package Design, silver for Aurous: Journal of Arts and Creative Writing Web Design.
Vanya Grove, a senior communication studies major, won a gold for MASA Tablet Television single and a gold for MASA Editorial Spread Design.
Teddy La Motta, a senior communication studies major, won a silver for Sveglio Café Television single and a silver for Sveglio Package Design.
