Michael Morwood, resident theologian at the Kirkridge Retreat Center in Bangor, Pa., will present two lectures in April.
He will give the 24th Annual John Mills Turner Jr. Lecture on Life and Faith: Re-Shaping Religious Imagination and Thought on Sunday, April 6 at 4 p.m. at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
Morwood will give the 2014 Jennie Cutler Shumate Lecture on Christian Ministry: Windows to the Divine: Prayer in a 21st Century Worldview on Monday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in Snidow Chapel at University of Lynchburg.

A native of Australia, Morwood has more than 40 years of experience in retreat, education, parish and adult faith development ministries, and is well known in Progressive Christian movements in Australia and the US.
