An LC student has created a three-minute video about fellow student Abraham Garang ’10, one of the “lost boys of the Sudan.”
Angela Massino ’11, a communication studies major, created the video for the “Project Report” YouTube competition. Click on the thumbs up icon to vote for the video. The more votes that Angela’s video receives, the more prominent it becomes on the YouTube page. If the video is one of the top 10, it goes to the next round of competition, which carries a $10,000 grant for an international reporting project. Viewers can vote once a day until March 8.
Abe’s Story: Ability to Dream gives a glimpse of Abe’s journey from the Sudan to the United States. An accounting major, Abe will graduate in May.
